Art Gallery New South Wales. Nude from the Tate.
To launch Nude from the Tate we illustrated society's shift in our attitudes toward nudity with words, not pictures. We worked together with a linguist form the University of New South Wales to plot a timeline of the different terms used throughout history to describe nudity and body parts. Just like in the exhibition, we set out to discover over 100 terms used in the last 200 years. By representing the evolution of nudity with Language, we were able to communicate the breadth and power of the exhibition.
