A third of people said they’d quit if forced back into the office. We’ve been told for over a year to fear the world outside our own four walls. And fear is its own virus, once it settles in, it’s hard to shake. But the office is vital, not just for the industries that depend on our love of a morning croissant or quick beer, but for workers themselves. Creativity, culture, and collaboration is all forged in a room, not a Zoom. So, with the pandemic in retreat, how could we tackle the anxiety around The Great Return?
Our solution. We stripped back the fear, and reminded people that setting foot in the office isn’t a leap into the unknown, but a welcome back to your 9-5 home. Through film, social, posters, and even a newspaper, we reminded people just how great the workplace is. By showing people that an office is nothing but a great place to be together, we got people out from under the duvet, and back into the workplace again. Directed by yours truly.
